Tariff
Twin room with ensuite shower : £80
Single occupancy : £70

Double room with private bathroom : £80
Single occupancy : £70

All prices are per room per night and include breakfast.  

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Discount: for 3 nights or more: £75 per room per night 
based on two people sharing the room

Closed: November - February inclusive

Arrival time: Guests are requested to arrive after 4pm (1600 hrs) and before 7pm (1900 hrs) if possible.   

Reservation Confirmation & Deposit: Please click on the box to the left or the email link at the bottom of the page to enquire about availability and to make a booking.  Following confirmation of availability guests may be asked to send a deposit (paid by sterling cheque or PayPal) equivalent to the first night's stay, to secure their reservation.  

Terms & Conditions: Receipt of the deposit payment is confirmation of your booking. The cancellation policy as stated below should be noted when making your reservation.

Payment: Full payment (less any deposit paid) must be made at the end of your stay.  Payment can be made by cash or personal cheque.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation please give us as much notice as possible. We will try to re-let the room but if we are unable to do so, any cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice (unless there are exceptional circumstances) will be liable to the full cost of the booking.

Advance Booking: Please book your stay with us as soon as possible, especially for May, June and July. We do not want to disappoint you. 


   

Please note this is a NO SMOKING household and that includes the garden.
