Jane and Richard Pugh welcome you to Millfields House, their delightful, quietly situated bed and breakfast close to Cranbrook, an historic market town in the High Weald of Kent. Our comfortable guest bedrooms and delicious home-cooked breakfasts will make your holiday feel very special.  If the weather is fine guests are welcomed with tea in the garden under the shade of the Medlar tree.  

Millfields is only five minutes walk from Cranbrook an historic market town with a good range of shops selling clothing, antiques, gifts, food and wine as well as a tourist office, banks and a post office.  Coffee bars, tea shops, a pub and restaurants (one with a coveted Michelin star) provide guests with plenty of choice for eating out.  

Millfields is the ideal base for your holiday in the Garden of England. From here you can explore the beautiful countryside of Kent and East Sussex.  Plan to stay a few days and enjoy the ancient forests, the magnificent coastline, the many National Trust properties, historic houses, villages, towns,  castles, cathedrals and glorious gardens that can be seen.  Millfields is close to Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor Gardens, Great Dixter, Bodiam Castle, Scotney Castle, Marle Place, Batemans and the Kent and East Sussex Railway,  Leeds Castle, Hever Castle, Knole, Chartwell, Ightham Moat, Rye, Dover, Canterbury and Brighton are all within an hour's drive.
